How We Help
When we receive a call from you, we ask a few questions to understand what you need. Do you have any language needs, or particular issues with health we need to understand? What living arrangements do you have, and what are you looking for? Have you been assessed for what services you need for your future care plan?
After working through your needs and answering any questions you may have on subsidies and supports, we refer you to a pre-qualified, highly vetted care provider that fits your needs.
